Mentors have a key role in the project, as they will facilitate young migrants selected improving their entrepreneurial skills and increasing the chances to start up a successful business.
They should belong to the same sector identified by the mentees. Apart from professional skills, the mentors should prove positive attitudes towards interpersonal relations, good listening abilities, relevant entrepreneurial experience, and they should be estimated components of the civil society.
They will follow a dedicating training path In order to motivate the mentors, the partners will create an ad hoc Register of Intercultural Mentors with intercultural abilities. The mentors will receive a certificate for the skills acquired during the training pathway.
